I think if you don't gain money from your artwork then crediting isn't absolutely necessary.
If you do however then give credit to the brush makers too and possibly even some small donation to them or make your own brushes if you don't want to.
Obviously I'm pretty clueless of these licensing things, but that's what I think. Problem?
