No... Several people have reported that they managed to build Krita on their macs, but they haven't created packages yet. And none of the developers actually has access to a mac, so there's no real progress on this front.

Hey, I just came across to Krita through some blog references online and I find the brushes provided by Krita amazingly realistic.

I have a Mac OS X 10.7.2. If you guys guide me how to build packages on Mac I will be glad to do that. I have basic level of familiarity with Linux but I am not familiar with package building stuff on either Linux or Mac. So you can guide me or point me to a correct person or resource which can help me to build the package then it would be my first step towards the Open Source Contribution ! And I am feeling very curious about that !

It's great that you want to give this a try! We've had several other attempts before, but none that lead to packages. The one big problem is that it's four years or so since I had a mac myself, so there's not much I can do to help you get started.
