How can I use perspective transform?

Tue Jul 03, 2012 11:47 am
Hi
i have a question ... again

As mentioned in the Topic Titel i want to use the perspective transform and it seams it is already implementet.

http://blogs.kde.org/node/4288:
After that, I still had to make the tool able to apply perspective transformations to the paint device. I just added a new constructor to the already existing perspective transform worker.

But how can i use it? Or did i simply missread it?

Depends a bit on your version. It's can be the control, meta (right alt) or the alt key, then click on the node. In git master, it's control-alt.

hmm ok
The Version I am using is 2.4.0 from the ubuntu repo.
The only thing that happens is that it goes to a perspective rotate "thing" by pressing super+alt.

Hm,isn't that the thing? If not, do you have an example video that shows what you mean?

Maybe it is what i wanted,
and it's just that i expected a different tool behavior,
like the perspective grid has.

Don't work for me. I can rotate the selected part of image, but when I press "Apply", the result is just disappears.

Krita version: git commit 68b6283a97514649fca56371ac24a66eab0901e3

Update: I can apply only after I move it. So, first I perspective-rotate, then move, then press "Apply".
...Bot it happen only once, I can't reproduce it.
