which one is better for you between wacom intuos 4 M, 5 M and 5M Touch considering the price?
Do you think the touch add a great value? Actually prices are more or lesst: 4M 250€ 5M penmouse 250€ (can figure out why 4M doesn't cost less since is the previous model...) 5M touch 350€ Today: 250€ = 306 $ 350€ = 429 $ need a suggestion |

No, touch doesn't add a lot. Yes, we're working on a touch version of krita but I'd say that if you are mostly interested in becoming a productive artist, touch won't help you. I'd go for the latest version you can afford though, just because that's likely to be best supported with drivers going forward.
That said, I have an Intuos 3 and it is very satisfying. Tilt is hugely productive, and if you can afford it, go for an art pen or airbrush instead of a more expensive tablet. Also, A5 size seems to work best for most artists. Bigger just takes up space on your desk. |

what you mean? is not the art pen given with the tablet? |

No, the art pen or airbrush are optional extras. With the intuos, you get a normal stylus (which is fine!), but the art pen offers an extra feature, called rotation, and the airbrush a different extra, rate.

ok, i see. so the intuos5 which is said to be "pen only" is compatible only with the stylus, but not with the artpen? i'm looking for a video in youtube which shows the rotation feature, but i can find it. After your suggestions, i'm considering and intuos 5 S touch (they don't ship one without) + artpen + cover. Do you use a glove? |
