When I hold the mouse and draw large cricles or shapes that are not straight in fast speed or make very long lines the lines take their time to make aka I already did the action of the line I was going using my mouse but the lines take time to make how do I increase their speed?
Using Ubuntu Precise 32 bit. Krita is neon project version.Krita 2.6 pre alpha. |

It does exactly follow the mouse, just with the processing delay. When you paint very fast with a big brush, Krita will fall behind and lag behind the cursor. The only things you can do is to reduce the brush size or increase the spacing.

Krita does not follow the finger movement on touch input pad on my old laptop.However,a sketching software like Krita is designed for use with a stylus on a tablet screen,not with mouse.
So, this issue isn't a much of a problem,neither is appropriate to call it a bug. |

Now that's completely wrong. ![]() As Slangkamp said, this is just a case of lag. Increasing spacing and decreasing precision solves the issue, that and not drawing with very big brushes. If you need to draw very fast with very big brushes, you'll need to get a faster computer. |
