In photoshop you just press crtl + click in a layer for select pixels, there's something similar in Krita ?

Lock pixels work, but i want to use select pixels to work in another layer.

In the menu Select->Select Opaque could be what you are looking for.

This trick allows you to paint all you want on another layer, but the only parts visible will be the visible area in a layer below it. Well, the link explains it better.
