Is krita 2.6 for windows unable to save as .tif or is there something wrong with my pc?

I use windows 7 64 bit.
Also when I save as psd photoshop cs6 extended doesn't recognize files.

Hm, when saving as tiff under Windows I get some complaints about unknown pseudo tags, but saving does work. As for psd files -- I have only checked against CS2. There no doubt are quite a few bugs in the psd export code, the format is rather difficult, but the files I have tried seemed to work.

If you have a file that doesn't work, could you add a bug report to bugs.kde.org with the original .kra file and the .psd file?

the problem is, I don't even get the option to save as .tif either in save as or export.

I've tried it twice. Now it crashes before it can open a new or existing file :/.

It simply stops responding I don't even get the crash report window.

anyone have the same problem?. I've tried opening all kinds of files including templates and it crashes without the crash report window, I even tried disabling firewall and doing a virus scan, but the problem persists. 2.6 worked fine but the option to save as tif didn't appear. 2.5 worked ok for me. I'll go back to that one in the mean time.

Well went back to 2.6 and now save as tiff is available but when I try to save I get this error

Could not save
C:/Users...Chars/parts/armor.tif

every time I try to save.
