Enabled grid, checked 'snap to grid' option, selected 'paint with brushes' and... nothing. I can see the grid but my cursor and lines I draw not snapping to grid. Other tools not snapping as well. Am I doing something wrong?

Snap to grid isn't supported in the painting tools yet. Currently only available if you modify shapes.
