After experimentation with other software, I have found Krita to be my preferred software compared to others, in terms of stye, feel, and tool sets. Unfortunately though, due to this missing strokes issue, it makes Krita unusable (to me).
I understand how difficult it is to replicate my problem, but for now I will not be using it, and relying on other software. I am ever hopeful of the issue being fixed. |

Bah, who am I kidding. The other software just doesn't have the same charm. I'll just have to bare with it for now.

Ive figured it out. In the Wacom settings, in the customize window, drag the threshold slider all the way to the left to cancel it. Sorry to have wasted your time Dev crew.

Ah! I should have realized that that could have been the culprit, because I've had a similar discussion on bugs.kde.org -- awesome that Krita works for you. Have fun painting!
