Hey, I need some help, with the last LUBUNTU 13.10 Version I did also install Krita, but the provided version is the 2.7.2 and I want to have also the 2.8.x Version. But I have problems, I can not deinstall Krita 2.7.2 :( and I can not run the 2.8.x Version

Can someone help me? Maybe in GERMAN? In a german forum I posted my problem here:

Alright, based of my own experiences:

Make sure you don't have the kubuntu-backports PPA or any other krita-providing PPA installed. Purge them if you must.

Then apply the krita-lime ppa to your system.

VERY IMPORTANT! Log out and log in again. You can also restart, but logging out is sufficient.

Install Krita-testing. It should now work, otherwise, open a terminal, enter 'krita' and it should start up, with the benefit of error messages showing up in the terminal.

Where I find the KRITA-Folders?

I have Krita, but I need it for making a shortcut :(

I have Lubuntu 13.10 64bit and I see nothing about /usr/bin/krita
