Some way to control shaky strokes?

Thu Feb 13, 2014 1:11 pm
Hello! This is my first post, and I'd like to know something about Krita. I've been reading the features of the software in the Krita's Steam Greenlight and caught my attention, so I went and downloaded the version from the official page.

I've been using Paint Tool Sai for months and my favourite part of it is its "stabilizer" option to help my shaky hands to make smooth strokes. I read in Steam that there is a similar feature in Krita, but I don't know where exactly, so I 'd like to know how to activate it and if you could provide a picture for it, since it's crowded with many options and I have to get used to it yet.

Thanks in advance for your answers!

Hi, welcome to the forum ;)
You can find the 'smoothing options' for your lines under the 'Tool Option' docker.
As described on this screenshot :
