It seems that in order to notice any difference in flow I need to turn it down to at least .04, which seems sort of odd. I'm trying to emulate the technique I found in this video: http://ctrlpaint.com/videos/opacity-vs-flow

Maybe I'm doing something wrong? Does anyone else have this problem?
