I use a tablet and want to be able to toggle off pressure sensitivity for size/opacity on certain brushes. I can't seem to find the controls for doing this.

Go into the brush editor(it's up top next to the active color). Then click 'size', in there you can access the tablet-sensors. There, toggle 'use curve'. You can also toggle 'size' itself, of course.
