I have some brush awesome for painting leaves (needles) but it has some angle. So if I paint left side of a tree it is O.K. but when I paint the right one - needles are going from bottomside to topside.

When I flip the image horizontally the brush flips too. Is there any solution?

Okey, I gave You wrong information - Rotate -> Mirror image does not mirror brush. Everything alright!
