Hello everyone,

Are there any precise options for the move tool or snapping options for layer content?

My main struggle while painting in Krita is always related with alignment and moving content. I always end up using math and the coordinates in the transform tool, even for simple things, like center the circle on my avatar.
I think it would be nice if the move tool covered this needs since as it is right now it only allows to move content without precision.
Another great addition would be snapping layer content to canvas(center, borders, etc), or relatively to other layers.

Well, yes -- this is a whole area where Krita is a bit underdeveloped. Guides, grid snapping, precise layer movement, it all needs updating and improvement. I'm not sure, though, whether we'll get down to it any time soon, the todo list is already pretty full!

Of course, especially now after the kickstarter. That's why I didn't mention it before, but I wanted to provide my feedback on this
