Krita in non-english language?

Sun Aug 17, 2014 4:49 pm
Are there any plans to potentially add more language packs for Krita? Does anyone else use Krita in another language. I was thinking of adding a Google translate thing to the krita.org site. I don't want a ton of people coming to the site trying to download Krita - only to find out they are stuck with English.

The feature is currently under Help > Switch Application Language. You can only select American English right now.

It is ok whatever the answer is. I just don't want to do it on the site if the application only has one language.

For Windows and OSX development builds, I currently package all translations already. But at least on Windows, you need to set the locale to the language you want to use before you can activate the translations. On linux, it depends on which translations the user has installed.
