How do you create a new custom palette (and save it)?

I have a couple of questions about how to use palettes in Krita.

So I have the Palette docker in my sidebar and it is empty.

The palette icon in the lower left lets me choose some existing palettes or load them from a file.

The icons in the lower right let me add colours to the palette.

However I can only add colours to existing palettes, but I would like to create my own from scratch.

How do I do this?

Also, I would then like to save the palette so I can use it again, but I can't seem to work out how to do that either...

Can anyone tell me how to create new palettes and save them?

Thx!

The button in the lower left lets you create a new palette now, but you need the most recent development version for that.
