install i can not install

I can not access the program when you install sends me a error mendaje application components essential Could nnot be found
This might be an installation issue .
try restarting or running kbuildsycoca4.exe reinstaling .

Jasso, it sounds like you have an old installer. You could tell me the name of the installer, and see if the latest version from the krita.org page does work?
