The pop-up palette is set to right-click, as default, and is still that way. Digitizer pen in Krita settings and Wacom settings both have the second button set to right-click. However, right-clicking with the digitizer does not bring up the palette.

Why? Or how to fix?

Edit* Changed Wacom settings for the pen button to "Tablet PC Defined", which defaults to right-click in Windows, and will now open Krita's palette.
