Hi!

I'm a new Krita user. I'm trying to figure out how to define a custom set of colors to use. I have 14 specific colors I want to use, but I can't figure out how to set these up.

Ideally, when I click my pen button (or right click mouse) to choose a color, I want to be able to just chose a color from my palette. Is that possible? If not, can I get my palette in a docket for easily switching between them?

Thanks!

In menu go to Settings > Dockers > Pallete:

Drag the docker that appears to where you want it to be.

To add colors to a new pallete (rather than editing the existing ones) click on the pallete selector button (Image), type in a name where it says "Insert name" and click on save. Optionally set the number of colums for your pallete, I used 4 columns for the above one.

Once saved you can add the current selected color to pallete by clicking the + button (and remove using the - button). To make the entries big like the above use Ctrl + mouse wheel up.

Thanks for the reply! When I click that palette selector icon, I don't see anywhere to "insert name" or otherwise create a new palette.
