Hi,
How does one go about saving a selection in Krita? I did do a search on the forums but nothing turned up. Currently I'm using a workaround. Once I make a selection that I need for later I fill it with colour. and then when ever I need to make that selection again ..i use right click >select opaque on that layer. Well this works but is quite a pain to just have those layers lying around. I couldn't find a save selection option so far. Any help will be rewarded with videos of kittens ![]() Thanks in advance NDK |

Create a selection, go to the layerbox, select the new layer button, select "create local selection". This creates a selection mask that will be saved with the file.
