You can't I fear.
It would be a lovely feature, but it's not present as of today.
I mapped the command (shift+space) on the Down button of the rocker ring to be able to rotate the canvas easily. ;)

@kouza I believe the Wacom devices often map clockwise and anticlockwise rotation events to keyboard events. With independent Wacom devices (like the Bamboo/ntuos Pen+Touch) you should be able to open the "Canvas Input" section under Settings, and there will be options for canvas rotation. Add a new entry and specify keyboard input. Then, perform the rotation gesture and it shoudl recognise it.
(I believe tjhey're unusual combination like Ctrl+F13 and Ctrl+F14, but it should roughly work ...although not direct manipulation)
Not sure if the Wacom Companion would support this mode of operation for backwards compatibility or not - would be interesting if you might be able to test for us?

Problem is: how do you enter the F13 key in Canvas input when to do so on windows you have to press Shift+F1? (and Krita obviously register the Shift+F1 keystroke)

He said so: You do not press the keys, but make the movement, as all that wacom does is translate those to keypresses, which krita can understand.
So if you select keyboard input, just make the gesture, as wacom will send the correct keypresses to krita.

Aaaaaw you genius! Why didn't I think about it?!? ;D
Anyway we're out of luck: the companion, and I guess the other cintiqs and intuos pro, doesn't send any keystroke for multi touch gestures. :-\
