Is there a way to totally reset Krita back to it's original state? My UI is messed up

if you've still got your top toolbar, go to the right-most button, and select "Default". If not, press alt-n to open the settings menu, go to Toolbars Shown and make the Brushes and Stuff toolbar visible.
