I've just begun using Krita, and was wondering if there is a way to add a new layer Under existing work.
I'm really enjoying this program so far though...

You can add a new layer and then move it down with the buttons in the layer box. Or use drag and drop.

Ahh That did the trick.. Thanks.. It took a bit of fiddle faddle to get everything aligned, but I've got it doing just what I want...
