Hi, new to the forum and Krita so forgive me if I am in the wrong place and/or being completely stupid.
I've been using Krita to do some pixel art for some game assets but I've only just noticed the mirror mode which would be super helpful. I can set my axis point (I think) to the middle of the screen, but it only mirrors to the other side if I draw using one click (one pixel in my case), if I draw a line or any other brush stroke, it doesn't mirror it. Sorry if I explained that poorly, let me know if I'm in the wrong place so I can delete the thread or whatever. Thank you very much! |

Are you referring to the "mirror screen" feature ("m" hotkey) or the "multibrush" feature (which allows you to mirror all your strokes)? The latter is a setting of the multibrush tool, so it only works with that tool.

Hm... that's interesting.
There is indeed a bugreport regarding that, but I can not reproduce it myself, so I would like to ask if you could give you system specs? Maybe it's related to that... In the meantime, you could try using the multi-brush tool. It's hotkey is 'q', and in the tool-options, you can set it to mirror mode. Good luck! |

I was attempting to use the multibrush feature with the buttons at the top (set horizontal mirror mode, set vertical mirror mode), however using the multibrush tool and setting the tool options properly has fixed my problem.
Sorry again for not explaining it very well, and thanks for your help! |
