I am running Krita 2.9 on my Surface Pro 3. It is windows 8.1.
The first time I started running Krita on this system, it worked amazingly (outside of the fact that it would "enhance" my picture) and I could move and zoom around as I should. Now If I load or create a new picture, the whole canvas goes black. I can run and work on the program without OpenGL, but I really liked the features. Some tips on this subject would be great even though it's not exactly necessary. If anyone needs some more stats on my system, let me know. Thanks guys. |

That sounds like an intel opengl driver problem. I had the same problem on one of the intel laptops with ntrig pens I got here, until I updated the graphics driver. This bug has some data on which drivers and chips work: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=331351
Please check which driver you have, and whether there's a newer one on the intel website, and report here any results. |

Had the same problem on the surface pro 3, installing another video driver got things back to normal.
