Hello! I've yet to use Krita, I just downloaded it today. I was really looking forward to playing around with it (with a Wacom tablet), however whenever I try to create a new document the blank canvas that opens up is completely black and unresponsive. If I scroll the curser over it the curser disappears until it reaches the other side of the canvas and back to the toolbar area. I've tried looking up the problem but have been unable to find answers. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it multiple times, and nothing changes. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Update you intel graphics drivers.

Yes, Wolthera is right. There's been a sour spot in Intel's opengl drivers that lasted about all of 2014 where all drivers were broken for Krita. Now, Krita's use of opengl is pretty simple, but it's completely different from what games do, which is why Intel didn't catch the problems. Plus, the idea that since all games ran fine, and Krita is simple, it must be Krita's fault, right?

Thank you both so very much, I really appreciate it! ^_^ It worked! I can hardly wait to play around with the program this weekend.
