I've just recently upgraded to 2.9 and some of the brushes aren't working. Here's a screen grab of what I'm seeing:

I've done a full reinstallation, deleting all folders and restarting beforehand. I've also tried installing some presets like David Revoy's and the Muses pack, but some of those are X'd out as well. Any way to remedy this?

That is strange, it means that the presets can't find the related brush-tips or patterns. (usually, patterns) But the brush tips for those should be installed by default.

It is weird. I've downloaded packages from different distros to see if the files in brushes/paintoppresets/patterns etc. match up with what I have after a fresh install and everything looks fine. Not sure what else to look into.
