Quick way to blur last brush stoke

Mon Mar 30, 2015 11:12 am
Hello,

i saw some speedpaints where the painter was apply a blur filter to the last stroke he made with a shortcut.
Is there something similar in krita?

You can attach a shortcut to any filter, so that might be an option? Krita can't seperate the last brush stroke though.

Technically, this should be doable in wash mode -- where the stroke is a separate object until it's composed with the layer at the end of the stroke. We could add an active filter option to the brush engines that would apply a filter at the end of each stroke. Taking the last stroke and doing something to it is more tricky. It's an interesting idea, and something to keep in mind, but to be honest, not on my immediate list of priorities.

Well nice if this is keep in mind. :)

For me i would prefer a keystroke to aktivate this brush feature and next key to execute.
