I am using Ubuntu 14 LTS and the wacom tablet works fine on the OS, GIMP, Inkscape etc but on Krita I can draw only in absolute mode but not on relative mode, I can select the brushes but when I enter the canvas the brush disappears haven't tried on windows but is this a common problem because I haven't installed any drivers for Wacom it works fine just by plugging in.
The tablet I am using is Wacom One Small (CTL 471/K0-C) Pen Tablet.
Krita version 2.8.1
Thank you all.

Yes, we've tried, but mouse mode doesn't work in Krita.
