I just realized that Krita had a pay version. I'm more than willing to help support the project but I can't find a price for it. Can somebody point me in the right direction.

You can find it on Steam: http://store.steampowered.com/app/280680/ but if you really want to support the ongoing development of Krita, a better way to do that is to give a small monthly ammount: https://krita.org/support-us/donations/ (that's what i do)
Even if you only want to make a one time donation, if you make it directly, Steam doesn't get a cut, and you can give exactly what Krita is worth to you.
Btw. the Steam version is a bit behind at the moment.

There is a beta channel though that has krita desktop and gives you the very latest version automatically.
