ever since i downloaded krita, i havent been able to actually use it

whenever i try to start sketching something to get the feel of the program, the outline of the brush is waaay off to the left and not under my pen like it should

ive asked for help but i just always end up confused on what to do [since im totally new to the program and all]

what i use as a drawing tablet is my Yiynova msp19u+ as a second monitor [i expanded the screen].

also i believe one of the krita staff told me to just "delete the kritarc file in %appdata%/roaming, and restart Krita" but again im not sure what that is or how to do it.

if anyone can help that would be awesome, thank you for reading!~

That was me. Supossedly it also helps to try ctrl+alt+shift before you click the program icon, and then delete your settings, but that doesn't work for everyone either. Yiu might want to try that before trying the following, though.

Anyhow, go to your file browser. Type %APPDATA% in the adress bar, that should take you to the appdata folder. Then go into the roaming folder, and search for 'kritarc'. When you find it, delete it. This'll reset everything, but it will force Krita to reconfigure the monitor setup.

hello again, and ive tried doing what you said, but it seems like the problem is still there.
i guess i am just going to wait until krita updates a bit more in the future and try again to see if it works for me.
but still, thank you so much for all your help. i'll keep an eye out for the updates :)
