Hello everyone.
I've been trying Krita for a couple of weeks now, on windows 8.1, and everything was fine until I upgraded to windows 10 ![]() I had to format my disk, since I ran into some trouble during the installation, so every software was installed from scratch, including Krita. Here is my problem: Every time I open krita there is a big offset between the position of my cursor and the brush, and that only happens when I'm using my tablet (wacom intuos 3), works fine with my mouse. Visually this is what happens: Using krita with mouse - works fine, cursor and brush on the right ![]() Using Krita with tablet - doesn't work ok, cursor on the right brush on the left ![]() I'm also using 2 monitors, but I've configured my wacom to use only one monitor with Krita. I've tried to install an older versions of Krita or using just one monitor but the problem remains. My tablet is working fine with other software like photoshop or illustrator. I would like to know if there is someone with the same problem, or if there is a solution to it. Thank you. Carina Reis. |

The two monitors is the problem. Krita right now takes an educated guess at which monitor is the right one each time a new configuration is started. We want to implement a better solution, but are a little shorts on hands. In the meantime, you should go to your %APPDATA% folder, then go into roaming. There, look for 'kritarc' and delete it. This'll reset the configuration, but also will force Krita to guess again.

Hi TheraHedwig, thank you for the reply
I don't think it is since this problem also happens when I'm using just one, and it worked perfectly fine on windows 8.1. But I've done what you said The problem remains. I deleted the file and ran Krita with just one monitor and then with both, and the same thing happens ![]() |
