Whenever I use a brush, I reduce the brush size to something I need, works fine. But when I get back to the same brush after using another brush, the default size which often happens to be huge comes up. Its really annoying to set it each time.
Is there a way of adjusting the default size for my requirements per brush ? |

Yes, press 'f5' to get to the brush settings editor and change the diameter in the brush-tip option. Then go to the scratchpad on the left and press the leftmost icon in the below the scratchpad to see the preset icon pasted into the scratch pad. Then press 'overwrite preset' next to the preset name.
Alternatively, you can also toggle the 'save tweaks to presets' option on the bottom of the brush settings editor, but this only keeps the size per session. |

Great, thanks a lot ! F5 didn't work for me unfortunately, where I do go to set this. Checked under shortcuts, couldn't find Brush Editor ... |

Directly below the first row with "File" "Edit" "View" "Image" etc. you should see it below "View" and "Image". Just hover your curser over something and it will tell you what it is called if you are unsure of what your clicking. Like the previous person said, change the diameter to the size desired then just save that change to the brush.
