Hi
I can't seem to be able to export any file as PDF. Only option i get is "program is not responding" and "close program". I am using win 7 ultimate. I tried earlier versions of krita - same thing. Is it just me?

Just tried myself to Export as PDF some images such as jpeg, tiff, png.
In essence, I have just opened these different images and exported them as pdf to check whether this option works.

Everything works fine here (that is, every image has been exported as pdf):
Windows 7 - 64 bit (home edition)
Krita 2.9.7.3 (zip version)

Just in case you need it, on Windows, you can save any document as pdf through PDF Creator, which is open source (free) and works fine with Krita as well:
http://www.pdfforge.org/pdfcreator.

In essence, once you have installed Pdf creator on your computer, with Krita you click on File > Print > Pdf creator (in order to export your image as pdf)
With Firefox, I usually export myself some web-pages, as Pdf, through this same software
