In PhtotoShop I do to four things
First create a blank Image of the correct Size select it, this creates a selection region of the proper size (say 1920x1200 for a wallpaper) Second I resize the image to be used to so that 1 dimension matches (say 1920x1256 is the new size) Third I drag the selecting from the 1920x1200 image to the 1920x1256 image and adjust the location to include what I want Fourth I select crop which will crop the image to the proper size Finally I save the image I'm looking for a flow to allow a similar task in Krita. I do not see a way to resize the image. I can crop an Image, but not all the drag corners work and I can not work out how to lock the size when I move the selection. The final step of saving the image is also no issue. Any suggestions? Thanks, ERIC |

To fully resize an image just go to "image>scale image to new size" on the top commands (next to file, edit, etc), to further specify settings in the crop tool, or any other, use the tool options tab, it's set by default on the far right, next to the advanced color selector tab, there you can specify position, width, height, aspect ratio, etc. hope it helps
