Is there any way to export keyboard shortcuts?
I am using Linux at work and want to use my shortcuts at home where I have a windows machine.

You can simply copy the entire .kde/share folder into a zip file, and on Windows unzip it into AppData\Roaming\krita, that way you'll have exactly the same config on both machines.
