Choose screen resolution pop up

Thu Dec 03, 2015 11:12 pm
I just downloaded the latest version of Krita. I had Krita Desktop (x64) 2.8.3.0 and my adesso drawing tablet z8 worked fine. On this new version of Krita, i start the program and if i touch the pen to the pad i get a message that says "Choose Screen Resolution" at the top and in the body it says "The driver for your drawing tablet and Windows do not agree on the size of the screen your tablet is connected to. Please select the right option." Then it has 1,280x720 offset: 0,0 (Wintab) and 1,600x900 offset: 0,0 (Qt) as options. Or I can enter the size manually. I choose one of them then press ok and then Krita closes. If I open Krita again it does the same thing. What should I do?

I'm going to try to download an older version of Krita. I will post if it works or not.

Installing an older version of Krita did the trick! :D I downloaded the zip folder of Krita x64 2.9.6.3 and it works. Go here to download any older version of Krita. http://files.kde.org/krita/windows/
