I'm a 3d artist by trade but I also do a good bit of illustration and always looking for a solid digital solution! Krita looks to have almost everything I need to handle most of my challenges but the greatest challenge so far, seems to be getting a copy onto my OS! I'm running Windows 10 but even when I was running 8, I still had trouble getting it to load. I've made three attempts to load the free version on my newest version of 10 and it just wont take! On top of that, I can't seem to get the existing copy to uninstall! Is there anyone out there, who can lend me some insight?

You'll first have to tell us exactly what you are trying to and exactly what happens when installing (or starting? that's not clear) krita.
Have you tried the portable zip file instead of the msi? You can download them from files.kde.org/krita/windows and just unzip on your desktop, double-click the unzipped folder, go to the \bin folder and double click. |
