Hey guys, i know this is probeply a really stupid quistion but i have been trying to fix it for days.
My black looks like green if i put a white BG behind my drawings, but it only happens sometimes. INFO: i have put my mode on CMYK, and didnt change anything else. Much Love, Tom; |

That's because the CMYK profile in question refers to a pigment for black that looks greenish when mixed with white.
We honestly recommend using RGB for painting and CMYK only for export, and even then only in cooperation with the printer you wish to use(they often have their own profiles which are very different from the standard CMYK delivered with Krita). If you wish to make sure the colors you pick are within a CMYK profile, go to settings->configure Krita->Color Management settings, and choose 'seperate color space for the color selector' and chose the CMYK profile there. The manual page isn't fully complete, but there's a description on color managed workflow: https://userbase.kde.org/Krita/Manual/ColorManagement We can't fix it because this is the only CMYK profile we're allowed to ship, and making CMYK profiles requires specialised devices, unlike RGB profiles. |

Thanks for repleying so quickly, i had another quistion
when i switch layer the color selector sometimes goed form bright to a darker version of itself. Has this anything to do with the modes or did i change a setting between layers? Yes, the second is the color selector converting itself to a CMYK space when using a CMYK image, so that you have a better grasp of what colors can be picked.
