Is there a way to completely disable splash screen

Hi. I would like to disable Krita splash screen completely. I tried to edit kritarc and set entry 'HideSplashAfterStartup' and set that to false. But I have not been successful so far.

Any ideas . Is there a way to do this. Thanks.

No, there isn't, unless you're willing to hack the code and recompile.

That's bad, cause when there is a error in the file the splash screen covers the error message and I cannot close it to see that message (cause splash screen covers the message box) and the only way to exit is to kill the process.
