Preview, Real Time

Mon Jan 11, 2016 10:29 pm
Hello All,

I am new to Krita and did a bit of a look for my answer but couldn't find one. If this is an old topic I apologize. I was wondering if there is a way to pull a duplicate copy of what I am working on, drag it to another screen and have a real time preview while i work set at a normal zoom. That way on the working tab if I am zoomed in for fine detail etc the other tab updates with what I am working on so I can see real time results. Hope that makes sense and thanks!

Sure. I think all you need to do is hit the "Window" menu and select "New Window", and then in the new Window you should be able to select "New View" and then select your current document from the menu that pops up from that (potentially "untitled")
