Is it possible to get brush size, defined by distance to the end of stroke?

I want to get brush size defiend by ratio of distance from start to end.
For example, 100% size at the start, 50% in the middle of stroke, 0% in the end (or modified by curve). Or with fixed size, like "100px to the end", to get some color/size(pointy end) on the end of stroke.

Of course, it can't be fully interactive (Krita can't know future, and can't figure out, are we in the middle of stroke, or not yet), but is it possible to define shape of stroke after end of stroke creation?

Now I emulate distance to the end with pen pressure, but I think it will be much easier to define in program, and don't repeat this caligraphy trick thousands and thousands times per hour. Also it enables distance ratio control with mouse or devices with bad pressure control (finger touch mobile devices).

Something like "distance" controller input, but not in pixels, but ratio of stroke length.
