i just downloaded krita on my laptop (its the only thing i have to draw), and i was excited to try it out, but the new file window is too big and i cant click where it says to create it. is there any way to fix this? or am i doomed to not being able to try this program untill i get the money to buy a desktop computer? moved to Krita forums more information would probably be helpful: - is Krita the only app with this issue? - What is the graphics resolution of your laptops screen? - version of krita? |

Pressing Alt, you can move any window around by simply click-and-dragging it. Afair we've an XGA rule (not bigger minimum than 1024x768), but with fusion and notably breeze, many clients now break that. |

We suspect that you have a problem that was fixed two days ago in master but isn't in a release yet. Basically, the label for the clipboard doesn't restrict itself to a sensible size, leading to distortion of the new image menu. You can get older versions of Krita at files.kde.org/Krita, which can be used until this bugfix shows up in a release.
