So...I was messing around with some canvas settings and accidentally created a canvas with the resolution set too high, causing Krita to crash. Upon relaunching, Krita became laggy and unresponsive to my tablet's Zoom keys, and on top of this it left weird, glitchy-looking artifacts all over the image when I zoomed. I relaunched a few times and the speed eventually turned normal, but the screen is still glitched. I uninstalled and reinstalled Krita yet the problem persists, I have no idea what happened and I'm pretty upset right now. Please help.

Uninstalling Krita will not remove your user settings and is only necessary if, for instance, a virus scanner has destroyed the actual installing binaries. Try to remove your settings instead: in %APPDATA%\Roaming\krita.

Thanks for the reply. I decided to just try zooming on the keyboard again and now that's working fine, but my tablet buttons still cause the problem, so I'm guessing the issue lies with the tablet itself (which is odd because it worked fine when I first used Krita). Its a Huion 610 Pro, maybe there's some kind of compatibility issue with that product? I'm enjoying Krita thus far, its a wonderful program and everything was fine for a couple of days, then I made my mistake and things have been weird ever since. Thanks again though for your help. |
