Good evening,

I operate Krita 2.9.11 on a Win 10 OS. I've tried re-enabling the splash screen in three ways:

1) Go to Settings > Configure Krita > Miscellaneous > unchecked "Hide splash screen on startup"

2) Uninstalling and reinstalling

3) After all of these, I searched the forums for a solution. I did not touch the "kritarc" file under the config folder when I confirmed that the file says "HideSplashAfterStartup=false".

I'm not sure what else to do. Anyone have any other solutions? Thanks!
