Krita has been auto scrolling to the top if I do a quick stroke with my Surface pen. I'm not sure if this is a Surface setting I may need to tweak or something in Krita I can adjust. I don't recall any of the other art programs that I have tested on the surface do this.

It's a surface setting: you can turn off flicks and then it won't happen anymore.
