Brush settings bleeding over to other brushes

I've got some odd issues with brush settings, haven't made a proper bug report yet because I'm having difficulty pinning it down.

-Sometimes when I change brush settings, like turning on size controls, that setting gets turned on for all other brushes as well. This seems to require a restart of Krita to fix.

-Sometimes the following happens:
1. change brush stamp for brush preset "A". Paint with it for a while.
2. Switch to another brush preset, call it "B", from my saved brushes. Paint, works fine.
3. shift-drag to resize brush, and the brush tip resets to what I had selected for brush "A". Requires restart of Krita to stop this from happening.

I'm running 2.9.11 on Linux Mint 17. I paint on a Cintiq 24HD touch and I recently got a second pen, the Wacom Art Pen. I think this may have started happening after that, but I'm not sure I never saw it before.

Anyone else got this? Any ideas on how I could help debug?

Well... Could you check whether the 3.0 beta has the same issues? It's an appimage, so an easy download to test, won't interfere with your settings or anything. But it's got a lot of bugfixes already compared to 2.9.

I'll install it tomorrow. Annoyingly, I haven't found a reliable way to reproduce this, it just seems to happen after a while, sometimes...
