I would like to know how to stop my presets from being deleted. I'm using version 2.9.8 and have moved the files from OS to external harddrive and back to my new OS but I believe it was doing this before that.

For example, here is what it looked like before:



And after opening Krita on a different occasion:



How can I keep my presets? They still appear under the tab "All", along with the ones that weren't in my preset. It will wipe like this maybe once every 2 months or so. It's pretty annoying (before I made the screenshot it would take me hours to figure out which brushes I wanted again).

Aside from that, I really enjoy using Krita! Thank you .

Backup the tags folder in your resources folder(settings->manage resources->open resource folder). That contains all the tags as simple xml files.
