When I import a pdf file in Krita, different pages on that pdf file are imported on different layer.

But when I export it as pdf, only the visible layer gets exported. The export function ignores the other layers on that document.

How do I export a pdf with different layers on different pages from Krita?

Note : I am using Krita 3.0 RC-1 on windows 8

Not yet possible. We have a stretchgoal on our kickstarter(sketchbook) that includes making it possible though.

That's a limitation on all platforms. Export to PDF basically prints your image, except not to paper but to a PDF document. So exporting to PDF with each layer as a page isn't implemented at this moment.
